Crudessence

This organic vegetarian restaurant has truly embraced urban agriculture. They have developed a beautiful garden on the roof of the Palais des congrès de Montréal using hundreds of container gardens from Alternatives. They have shown that it is indeed possible for a restaurant to grow its produce in an urban setting—and that it’s fun too!
